Naturopathic Medical Visits

Your first visit will consist of a detailed history and physical exam along with laboratory and treatment recommendations. Please allow for one and a half hours for an initial comprehensive visit. Please allow 1 hour for the initial pediatric visit. We request that you complete the health history form prior to your scheduled appointment. We can e-mail, fax, or send the form to you if needed. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.

Please bring copies of all recent laboratory work, medical reports along with all supplements and medications you are taking.

We make every attempt to be on time for your appointment and request your cooperation in helping maintain timeliness. If you are running behind please call the office immediately so we can best accommodate you.

Monday through Wednesday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursdays – closed, and Fridays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

We close for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 12:00 to 1:30 pm on Tuesdays.


We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be billed at $35. We understand that emergencies occur and therefore we will make exceptions in some circumstances.


Payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are not contracted with any insurance organizations including Medicare or MediCal.


Although we are not contracted with insurance carriers, PPOs such as Aetna, CIGNA, Pacific Care, Exclusive Care and Great Western may provide full or partial reimbursement to their subscribers for visits to our office. If you plan to submit a claim, we will provide a Health Claim Form for you to submit to your carrier. We encourage you to seek reimbursement, especially if you have a PPO. We do not submit bills to insurance companies directly.
